Robin has more HP but less damage reduction & critical resistance Robin ratings mainly comes from comparison with Nute. With her EE and stats increase, she deservingly got her ratings increased. Meiran was originally OP in PvP and been slated in the plans to get an increase in ratings
We were unwilling to drop her ratings further because she still has high reflexes, good damage crit resist with stones, and is still good in PvP to a huge extent as a CM might be revised again in future Jury basically work for like only 2 procs now.
Its no longer unlimited 15% damage to enemy line. Hence, ravian is unable to do more PvE matches now. PvE wise, Ravian who used to be able to kill certain HP healing gk with consistent 20% HP damage is now unable to. With this change, many weaker ravians need a 3rd shot in PvP to kill enemy gk compared to 2 in the past. That is a drop from 60% hp damage on 3rd shot down to 42% damage on 3rd shot. Roina (A to B) since HP damage was her main highlight Sue, Edward, Haru, Hercules, Orses ratings unchanged since most of them have HP damage in their active and not passive except Hercules whose HP damage aint his main highlight.
